Im looking for a contact at TU, since it appears Don Richman is no longer in service...nice person preferred. Im having difficulties getting an item removed and I have forms/letters stating it needs to be removed. Just need someone to do it, keeps going into a black hole up until now.
ditto. We had same prob with eq...had proof and all. Asked to talk with legal dept and was promptly telephoned within 5 minutes. They even saw that we had sent info but had an employee that kept verifying without cause. Item was deleted the following day. Need this info for tu, but may try same approach with legal dept. Have had to dispute same stuff 3 times...tired of this crap.
