Seems that before someone disclosed a website where you can research lawsuits filed against CRAs (obviously I cannot find it). Can someone point me in the right direction?
Love, I just searched through some old threads, I checked these sites and they appear to be places where you can find what you're looking for. http://www.findlaw.com http://www.nolo.com http://www.lectlaw.com/lay.html http://www.classactionlitigation.com/contents.htm
Love you can go to this website. http://www.law.cornell.edu/topics/consumer_credit.html On the right hand side you will see options to find recent supreme court decisions and recent circuit court decisions on consumer credit.
Marie posted a huge list of lawsuits on the board. You'll have to do a search of her posts, but it's there. If I remember correctly, it is a list of lawsuits vs. cra's.
I think this is the post LKH is talking about. http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=106935#post106935
the list I posted is a comprehensive list of all credit (bureau) related lawsuits that I have. Not all are with the CRAs but they relate in some way. easiest way is to start looking online using the CRAs names as the defendant and you'll get a nice lot of lawsuits.
