I want to file suit in Fed court for FCRA violations. against 2 CRA and a creditor. I'm in need of some help with preparing the complaint . can anyone give me any ideas of how to list the allegations . is there a sample somewhere that I can view. any help would be greatly appreciated. thx fun if not anyone know of a good lawyer in CA?
