I just spoke to rep for Wal-Mart regarding my report showing lost/stolen card that I never received in the mail. They said that they do this to protect themselves and they can't remove it. Is this true?
I HAD A LOST CARD REMOVED AFTER I COMPLAINED TEN TIMES BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE I LOST IT OR HAD IT STOLEN...the POST OFFICE LOST it, I had nothing to do with losing it!!!!!
BOTH...BUT I ASSUME THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES ARE THE ONES WHO REMOVED IT NOT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY... I asked them (CRA) to change it to LOST IN MAIL...they said that statement DOES NOT EXIST in their available statements...
