Date opened on a retail store credit card was 1994. Date reported 12/09. I live in New York State and I think 7 years is the sol. Delinquent date not on report but, I know it was delinquent after only one year (1995). So old I have no proof in writing. This really dropped my credit score and I am so very upset. I am a newbie here. I have not the slightest idea what to do. Please help me.
