Low APR and internet access?

    Any suggestions on how to find a card with a low APR plus access to the account info via the internet?

    nextcard, capitalone,citibank, amex, all have rates as low as prime and online access.

    I'm not sure if it is offered anymore but I would recommend a Fleet Platinum Mastercard. It features online access as well as a low APR. My fixed rate (not introductory) for purchases is 7.99%.

    Fleet offers low rates to its best customers but is extremely aggressive in its monitoring of credit files.

    They are VERY quick to jack up rates if a negative shows up on your report.
