FYI Wells Fargo Bank PCA (Personal Line of Credit). You must fill out an application -- online, no instant reponse. BUT, I got a 11K line with Prime +1.5. Either way the current APR is 6.9 (yikes). So whatever "Prime" number they are using??? They also ask you what amount you want and work from there. Pulled EQ EQ Score about 680 or so at the time (month ago).
