   How hard is it to get Macy's? I have re applied and they thankfully pulled EX (my best report, three inquiries from MBNA and 2 derogs: 1 $28 library fine from 1999 and 1 paid charge off I was not the primary cardholder on from 1998)

   Forget reconsideration. You need to utilize the small claims system to get rid of the 2 rediculous blemishes on your report. The former cannot be proven and the latter is legally not yours.
   
   Do it right, and it will be resolved prior to the first hearing.
