Sorry, but I couldn't DISagree more Macy's APR is no higher than typical retail card interest. Initial credit limits are indeed very small. Mine was no exception, but within only 6-7 months it was increased to $1,000 (that's 4 increases in a very short time). "Sale"s are superb, too. How about Van Heusen men's shirts for $7 each?
