These words are magic. I'm convinced that they are a huge tool when addressing someone with concerns, etc. I've found that if you use the words "I need your help" you are more likely to get a positive reaction. In fact, even here on the board, those words draw more feedback from us... I don't think I'm alone on this...but I start every conversation in which I'm trying to get something done my way with those words. Oh, and...I always find out the persons name and use it..often...it seems to help, too...! THought I would share because it is making a huge difference in my results!
