Got a check from mortgage co. for an overage in the escrow account. This was because the tax appraisal for our house was higher than what we paid. I had almost forgotten about it since it's been about a year and a half since the township recalced the tax appraisal. I think I'll use it to have my powder room updated <grin>
Hubby's EQ report...they deleted the duplicate Gulfstate Paid Collection, so now there is only one there. Gave him his Beacon Score (618) which isn't great but better than 586 which is what it was last month. NFL Catalog That's it for me. Those jerks from Gulf state have a bad habit of putting duplicate accounts on credit reports. I wonder what a good class action lawsuit against them would do for their little games.
Yeah I hate Gulfstate. They are the only CA that did not delete once it was paid. But at least it was easy to get the duplicate off. I mailed the dispute to the local EQ affiliate on Monday and received the response, new report, and score yesterday! Larissa
