i have only disputed online so far so need a little help. i am disputing with ex and eq. with eq i have to go thru csc so should i send the dispute to them or to eq? also was wondering. when you dispute something and it comes back verified and lets say you wait a year to dispute it again do they keep all that info on your previous disputes?? cherek88
Don't know about csc - I think I have read that you need to go through csc. I have seen a post where someone disputed something a year later and they won't re-investigate because of that. I only started disputing in March and have re-submitted disputes at least once since then, some twice. I just use a different reason the next time. I woudn't have the patience to wait a year, I barely have the patience to wait for the 30 days! There are other things you can do beyond disputing and that is what i am working on with some of them.
