Has anyone received any pre-approved charge accts from mail order only stores such as Blair, Haban, Figis etc? What has the credit limit offered been like? I got an offer from Blair for 800 and from Figis for 200. Do they ever offer it for nice stores or mostly for cheap mass marketers?
I got Figis last Xmas. Last week I got Seventh Avenue. I've received a few of those over the past 8 months or so. Oh, I got a catalogue from Newport News this past May. Inside was a preapproval for $1300. I took it as the card can be used at Eddie Bauer stores. They pulled TU and I got the full $1300. I haven't even used it yet. I may stop by the EB outlet today.
