I will be spending the next couple of months cutting down the unnecessary info on the FAQ's and putting them into a word document. Currently all the FAQ's are 479 pages in word after copying and pasting the entire entries. I will attempt to get this to under 100 pages so that it will be a much easier read. (over 18 megs currently) Any suggestions on format? I could do it through a web based function and have different sub categories ect with links... yada yada.
