The insurance companies are making millions each year and you are paying enormous premiums. You need to know how to regain what is owed you in the event of a claim.

Note from the author of "Auto Accident Claims Secrets":

After spending over 20 years in the body shops and another 12 years as an insurance appraiser I decided it was time to help out the accident victim. I simply don't like seeing people ripped off. Insurance adjusters and appraisers have a job to do and most do it well. Their job is not to help you, it is to save the insurance company money. The information in this book will help you get what is yours. Subjects such as total losses and diminished value are well covered in this book and the information will help you collect the entire amount of your loss. Insurance companies train their adjusters and appraisers on how to get out of paying the entire claim. Don't let them do it to you.

I read somewhere recently that insurers can cancel your policy if you have just ONE or TWO claims. Well, I didn't beleive this, so I begain investigating and found out that my grandmother's insurance company threatened to cancel her policy several years ago, after she reported flood damage. It was her ONLY claim in 52 years with the same insurance company. She ended up having to pay double premiums in order to to keep her coverage. The company also warned her not to file a claim again, or they would drop her for good. How can they legally drop a customer who has only filed ONE claim?Isn't that what insurance is for? Is there any way to challenge this or change it?

That is awful, Calmest. My heart goes out to your grandmother. Customer service seems to be at an all time low. It seems to me that customer loyalty no longer plays an important factor in retainig one as a customer. Fifty two years with an insurance company and only one claim and she gets treated like this. Terrible. Has she tried shopping for policies through other insurance companies. Also, a letter to the executive office and the CEO of the corporation may be able to help.

Don't this take the cake what makes them think anybody wants to pay them for doing nothing.

Why pay for insurance you can't use.?
Don't buy from them. You won't be covered but at least you wouldn't be paying a premium too.

Insurance companies suck. My insurance went up after one accident, even though they said they "forgave it" ..gee funny way of showing it!
