Was just wondering how long you waited for chase to get back in contact with you when you PFB'd them. I called the other day and they told me they have not recieved anything. So just wanted to know how long it took them to get back to you and how did you know they did your reconsideration? Did they call you or email you? thanks for the details.
Hi bgolden, I received an e-mail stating that they had received my e-mail the day after I PFB'd them. They said that they forwarded my request to the credit dept. I then called the credit dept. directly every day for a week until they told me it was approved.
