Hi Molly, I'm glad you wrote pm. It took her 2 weeks to respond to me, and only b/c I was calling her office every other day (she was on vacation at the time). The same day that we finally talked, I called the Ombudsman's office and got a call from mj a week later as my case specialist. A week after that, mj called back to say the problem was fixed. As it turned out, I had disputed the USA Group entries at the same time and they came back deleted a few days after mj called me, so I tend to think USA Group simply chose not to very anyway because I argued with them so much over it before gettting the DOE involved.
I got an email from the library of education or something. They said they're forwarding my information to SFA. I'll give them a few days and then start emailing. I'll keep you posted.
