I have gotten the impression that, while located in Shreveport LA, David Szwak's office will take good cases... then simply use an atty who's in your state to help file the case. You have a nice case here. You know to have or get actual damages from these errors... you've got your chronology in order... If I were you... I'd email or call Mr. Szwak's office and get help there. You have the potential for a very nice lawsuit... perhaps what you now need is a top atty to help you... other than Mr. Szwak, I know of few atty who are great at this type of lawsuit.... there are a few... this is the one who I would recommend... if anyone else knows of good consumer atty who will work on this... please pipe in... www.bjslaw.com as for the delay in posting.. Marie- Thank you for taking the time to respond I sat down last night and got everything in order. I counted 5 violations I can nail 100% (with reports and CRRR), there are a few others I am unsure of, like can I get them for spliting my file, is that a violation?
