Massive discrepancies on Equifax

I just pulled all 3 and am shocked at the difference between Equifax and the others. TU is 706, Exp is 690...Equifax is 634! What?

Seems like all that's on my Equifax is bad stuff. And weird stuff - i.e., the summary says I have a short history but shows 15 years back/also says I have a late within the past 2 months but shows my last late almost 3 YEARS ago in the detailed view. Lots of positive tradelines missing too.

I don't get it. What can I do?

 

I just noticed that TLs appearing on the report I pulled before this one (November 2003) are missing - seems like there is nothing pre-1993. I thought positives stayed on forever? Can I get them put back on?

...which effectively lowers my credit history length, which in turn lowers my score. If that's the case and TLs fall off once they hit 10 years, I will NEVER have a credit history longer than...10 years. How messed up is that???
