Today's mail arrived with my Experian report. Basically disputed the same items, but one, that I did on my husbands. 6 disputes. 3 corrected (same as his) Deleted a derro CC (yeah) corrected a CC to $0 bal in bk corrected collection $0 bal in bk Better then it was. Maybe they can only handle 3 at a time. Still showing items that I sent paperwork a trained ameba could understand. Results: updated - they did nothing on these items so what did they up date. They include a 800# for questions. Call between 8:30am -11:30am 1:30 - 4:45pm EST. Ok I started calling at 4:15 EST. Busy till about 4:30pm then I got the message. Please call during buisness hours.... Is there a different EST time I missed all my many years of school? Still wondering what up date means verses verified? Frustration level increasing!!!!! Can't wait to get our TU's back & the second round of Equifax. Becky
BUSY? Sounds like you're working with a local office. I never get a busy number when calling. I may have to wait on music hold for 20 minutes before talking with a human, but never a busy.
