    Wife got this offer in the mail today...0.00% BT till 11/2002 then a "GO-TO" 9.90%!!!!!!!!!!

    JO-ANN FABRICS/MBNA...

    CAN I TRADE MY QUANTUM FOR IT (11.99%)?????????

    IT'S A "POINTS" DEAL...1% EVERYWHERE EXCEPT JO-ANN FABRICS----->3%!!!

    George,

    My brother got an offer for The Chinese Heritage Card Visa Card last month and intro rate 0% for all Cash Advance and Balance Transfer until Sept 2002 after that 9.9% fixed APR. By the way, I got my Elite Rewards Plus Card down to 9.9% fixed last month and 1.7% for BT for first six months.

    Well, I 've had bad luck with them. I wrote a check for $5,000 they charge me $40.00 for transactions fees plus interests on top of that, geesh what a bad deal I got for last month.
