Currently I have two accounts with MBNA: an installment loan for a computer, and a credit card. The installment loan has 1 90day late, 2 60 day lates and 6 30 day lates. I disputed twoice, verified both times. Called MBNA, asked for goodwill adjustment, got shot down. Same deal with my credit card - 5 30 day lates, 1 60 day late.

Any advice on how to get these items removed? They are killing my scores, and are on all three reports. HELP, PLEASE!!!

I certainly don't blame you for trying to get them to make a "good will adjustment," but will all those derogs do you really think they should? Would you if you were them. If it occurred several years ago I can see where maybe you could ask, but to constantly pay late and then ask for them not to report seems to me unreasonable, and would probably be considered unreasonable by anyone who struggles to constantly pay their bills on time. If you are trying to get thtem to change their mind I would at least suggest that you tell or make up a very good story of why you were late so often.

After you have paid on time for a while your scores will improve.
