Does anyone had any positive experiences with MBNA through Planetfeedback? My wife got hit with a default APR about a year and a half ago and still remains with no late payments since then. Tried to rectify through Customer Service but MBNA will not reduce APR. We want to have it back to normal, where it was prior to the default at 13.99% fixed. Our last resort was PF but haven't heard anything about how they operate through it. Is it like Cap1 or worse, or better? ---> Zaphod ;')
