    I just applied for MBNA last night. Today, I checked all of my reports and I see no inquiries on any. Does MBNA take their time processing applications, or what?

    MBNA applications are manually viewed . It's possible they didn't pull your report as yet!

    I tried to apply for a MBNA cc 2 years ago via telephone.

    After I gave the rep my info I was immediately transfered to a bank rep who reviewed my CR. She declined me due to my bk-13 on file.

    I also was socked with two inquires on my EX report for this which showed up on my EX-CE report within a 24 hour period.
