    Do they use EFT and do they mail checks for BT's??

    EFT'S...MOST OF THE TIME...

    They can EFT to your checking!!!

    "I was thinking about doing a BT...but the $30 or $40 fee is stopping me...can you WAIVE the fee for me"???

    DId you get a BT offer from MBNA? at what rate and for how much $?

    They offered me 1.9 for 6 months, NO Bt fee. I have a 5K line with them.

    They will waive the fee if you bal transfer over the phone

    Sometimes.

    They won't waive it on my 0% offer. If they won't waive it, I won't transfer.

    But I plan on trying again.
