They told me that 9.9% is the best rate for Quantum and 8.99% for Elite Rewards. They didn't pull hard inquiry from credit reports. One time they increased my limit of my Quantum Card, Every two months they increased credit limit for Quantum World Points MC and three months for my Elite Rewards. They mailed me many, many BT checks from the mail and I didn't write any of them because there is 3% of transaction charge. Both of my accounts only has under $200 and paid it off as soon as the statement ended. They didn't jack up my rate so far and I like MBNA. In my book they're alright. By the way, I have one more Apple Instant Loan to purchases Apple computer and I used it a couple of times. I don't have any problems with that . Ron.
