Hi all, I have an Elite Rewards card that was opened up a few months ago and an Amtrak card that is almost three years old. I would like to combine both into an Elite Rewards card. Does anyone know if MBNA does this ? If it's possible, will the new card include the history of the older (Amtrak) account ? Thanks.
In order to keep the amtrak history, I think you need to combine them both into the amtrak card, then convert to an Elite Rewards card. Better yet, try to convert the amtrak into an Elite Rewards first, then combine the two keeping the one that was the amtrak card (I'm doing this with my MBNA Gold points account(s)).
