I have been reading here and other boards to try and fix my credit and my DS credit. I think I might have a violation against MBNA. M y some was out of state for a while and MBNA called the house and set up payment arrangements with me for his account. They even took the money out of my bank and when i couldn't make the payment one month the turned it over to collections. The CA is now asking almost double what the original debt was. Is it not a violation for them to talk to me much less make payment arrangements with me for my sons account. Any input would be great.
