Found 2 inquiries from MBNA (Experian), 2 days apart, in December. I haven't applied for any type of credit with them. Is it best to call MBNA or write a letter?...also...should I contact Experian also? Thanks
I had 2 MBNA inquiries on my CR from the same day. I had applied for an installment loan during that period but I knew that "2" inquiries was incorrect. I sent MBNA a complaint letter via PlanetFeedback and yesterday received a letter from MBNA that in 30 days both inquiries will be removed from all 3 of the CRAs. I'll be checking to verify they are removed.
