    author_22,

They raised to my Barnes & Noble Platinum Plus Card and they lowered my APR a month ago. You're going to receive the card agreement in the mail and your account number. credit limit , and the terms. I think 19.99% APR is a kind of high and you can get them to lower APR after a year. I get them to lower to 12.99% APR after a year.

You had some form of fee billed, maybe an AMF....if you have not used it for a cash advance or been assessed any fee, then there is an error. Some purchases can be considered cash advances believe it or not. If you go to 7-11 and use your cc for a money order or purchasing lottery tix, its a cash advance. If none of the above exist, call MBNA and let one of there superior owner agents solve the problem. They are courteous and polite. Have a great day!

    Exactly!!

Except for Providian and now Cap One. They are sitting unused, and I have no offers from them. They should make scented cards for when they go in the lingerie drawer. ;)
