I just got off the phone with a woman from the Executive offices of MBNA. Some history: I filed a complaint with planetfeedback about my MBNA account reporting "closed by credit grantor" Results: She is changing it to "closed by consumer". Even though Im trying to get this account paid off and deleted off my credit reports (experian and equifax), this change helps a lot, in the mean time! Psugirl
