I just received a MBNA platinum offer in the mail for 1.9%. I searched this board but didn't find what I was looking for, which is: 1.What scores does MBNA look for to give out the Platinum card? They say if you don't qualify for the Plat, they will give you the 'Preferred' card. 2.Also, looking at MillCB.com and this board, MBNA uses all three CRAs. I live in Kansas, so which one would be pulled for me? 3.What cards with higher limits, if any are easier to get than MBNA that I should apply for? 4.Does MBNA require no charge-offs? In addition, I have two charge-offs about 5 years old and 2 inquiries on EQ, 9 on EX. Thanks,
I know that MBNA pulls both EX and TU, they pulled my EX twice in the same day and TU once. They approved me for a 3,000 LOC with 15.9% interest with my scores posted below. Although, I dont know their criteria for the platinum card.
