MBNA pulled by credit "hard" five times last two weeks. I already was approved for two LOC's denied for a CC. Any reason they pulled another hard today?? and all the hards are slight different "creditors" like MBNA/ ALLBANKS MBNA/ CBFFS MBNA/ GOLDBANK can I get them off as "duplicated??"
Don't try a lawsuit based on "no permissible purpose" unless you are willing to fight a long battle! I did that. In two weeks it will be one year since I filed it. They will not settle, will not remove it, and are vowing to appeal if they lose. This thing may never end!
I was thinking maybe they were pulling again because they wanted to lower my line or something... if I was already approved, why would they pull again?? Nestea
Re: MBNA pulled my credit again tod Neastea, I knew MBNA pulled two times in a row to approve Apple Instant LOan on my Experian. Citibank pulled two times from TU when you're first time to apply for their credit cards. Ron.
Re: MBNA pulled my credit again tod That´s usual for MBNA. They pull 2 EXP reports for each Apple(or other) loan (and sometimes another one at TU). In reference to credit cards 1 Exp and 1 TU

That's what happened to me .... hard inq then line lowered to 300 over current balance. Paid 'em off and told them to never contact me again. They still pull AR's every 3 months !!! I've no use for them. -mj
