I applied for Quantum Card two yrs ago and they denide me because not enough income.I requested to vconvert Garfield Platinum Plus Mastercard into regular Quantum Card. Later, they conveert my regular Quantum Card into Quantum Rewards Card. I don't want to convert Worls Points Quantum Card because I will lose the reards that I earned and I cannot keep the current rate of my Quantum Rewards Card. The rate of my Quantum Rewards Card is 9.9%. By the way, World Points MC, Quantum Rewards, Elite Rewards World Mastercard and Plus Rewards have similar reward programs. Ron.
