I called their card activation phone number to activate my replacement card and the computer transfer me to the live person. The customer representative asked me my account number and personal question to activate my replacement card. He told me that my current limit of Quantum Rewards Card is $10,700 and the account was opened since 99. They're going to increase credit limit to $14,600 effective immediately. I don't know that they're going to increase the limit and I expected that they just activate my replacement card. It is the highest limit card that I have. By the way, I activate both of MBNA cards and the other card that thy haven't increased the limit. I didn't use it that much and just owe them less than $50. I paid the balance entirely monthly. Ron.
RUB IT IN AGAIN!!!!!! I'm STUCK for 6+ years with NONE!!! I even ran it up to almost the limit...and made $5,000+ payments...didn't use it for a while...DIDN'T HELP!!! They just DON'T like me...BUT I FINALLY DID GET MY 9.99% "GO-TO" RATE (DOWN FROM 11.99%) AND A 3.99% BT RATE NO FEE ON ONE BT...I ASSUME ANY MORE WILL BE THE USUAL $30.00...
