In JANUARY I paid $6,911.16 but I still have a minimum payment showing...does QUANTUM not have a "PAYMENT VACATION" when you over-pay??? PLATINUM PLUS DID.

Since my 1.70% expired...it's paid off A.S.A.P. (11.99% is unacceptable)...and also they still REFUSE to increase the credit limit after 6 years of none...

IT WILL COLLECT LINT FOR 6 MORE YEARS...I DON'T CARE ANY MORE!!!

    George,

I have Quantum Card for more than 1 year and they increased my limit two times last year without requesting. They increased my limit from $10,000 to $11,100. By the way, I haven't carried any balances on the account. I request to convert my Quantum Card into Quantum Select Rewards Card. So I can get something back by using the card. They offer me 3.9% BT and purchases for four months. George, may convert your account into Quantum Select Card and you may have 3.9% BT offers for four months.

    George--

I have platinum plus and I've never gotten a payment holiday for paying over the minimum the previous month but it seems that when you do get a payment holiday and you make a payment anyway, they will roll the payment holiday over to the next month. I was offered a payment holiday in December, January, and then February this way. I guess it could go on indefinitely but I'm running near the end of my 1.7 offer and I need to reduce the balance fast or transfer it out. I'm relying primarily on paying it off rather than transferring.

    George,

You seem to have the worst luck with Credit card issuing Banks. I have the Quantum. I called Customer service for a CL increase four months agoafter having the card for about 5 months and they increased my limit from 15k to 20k, no hard inq. or any questions. They also gave me 0% balance transfers and cash advances for 6 months. Maybe you're on the black list (just kidding). Best of luck in the future.

I was thinking of doing a RE-FINANCE (MORTGAGE) with "CASH-OUT" and pay off all credit cards, even those with 4.75% & 0.00% and GET OUT OF THE "GAME" ALL TOGETHER...

It's really not a matter of luck. It's a matter of ratios.

    HI AZMDX,

I have a question please. You have great terms wrt to the 6 month intro BT rate at 0% apr. Was that your intro rate at the opening of the account or was that a rate they offered you some time after your account was opened?

The best I could get was 3.9% intro rate for 4 months.

GEORGE - you know that if you did the refi - which is very common in California - and paid everything to zero - you would get increases form all your cards again.
