hey all, I have had a mbna card since 1998. It only has a $1500 limit. MBNA never granted me any increases, so I left it in my sock drawer ala GEORGE style for about 1 year. In the mean while I have been able to get a very good credit portofolio thanks to creditnet.

Well today, I requested a increase online. And guess what, they upped my limit to 10k.

Now what should I upgrade this card too? A platinum or should I just go for the quantum card?

11.99% is the lowest for QUANTUM, if your card is lower keep it.

All I got with QUANTUM was save $10.00 on BT and 2.00% lower interest rate (had 13.99% PLATINUM PLUS)...NOTHING ELSE.

My mbna "toy" card has a apr of 18.99%

So if I upgrade, I win!

I will just use it for DEBT TO CREDIT LIMIT RATIO...

...since they WON'T now and WON'T ever give me a credit limit increase...

    leo728,

    go to http://www.quantumselectrewards.com
I just convert mine into Quantum rewards card and you can get merchandise or airline rewards by using the card. The best of all is no annual fee.

    Ron.
