Last week, I posted that MBNA called to offer me another credit card account. On Tuesday, I called and was told my limit was $5500 and my rate was 14.99%. Today, when I call to find out if they had processed the balance transfers, they can't find my application. I'm told to allow 2 or 3 weeks. What is this??? OK, I just called back (stopped typing) and spoke to another rep. She found me, no problem, everything's OK. I was able to modify my balance transfer request. Thank goodness I read this board; now I know the 'hang up and talk to someone else' rule!

Congrats JacquiG, that was fast receiving the card, called MBNA about my combining accounts into Quantum and same thing, it disappeared. Called again and spoke to someone else who now saids the card is being processed.
