I got this message and was contacted the next day by an analyst. She asked some general questions and then told me that I was approved. Interesting thing is that she said that I was approved for $5500 but the card actually came with a $8100 limit.
yeah and i bet your credit was great!
Last March all I could get approved for were aria and cap1. I even have a charge-off from 1998 (paid) on my TU -- my worst report.
I don't think MBNA had any instantly approval of their credit card and you have to wait up to 30 days to know whether they approved it or not.
