I had a MCI account for $498.00 in which I was making payments. Since the balance was not going down fast enough they decided to send me to collections. i was told by their rep. that as long as I was making payments I would not be sent to collections. they sent me to PMS(Progressive Management Systems). Note also, PMS attached on a $170.00 fee. So they are claiming that I know owe them $645.00. I finally, got my credit half way right. I purchased a house last November, thanks to all the advice given on this board. Now, I about to get a brand new collection thanks to MCI. Have anyone dealt with them or this CA. By the way, I switched to AT & T.
ROFLMAO I opened this thinking someone was going to complain about a rude MCI person that must have PMS. Proceed with validation, make PMS show you, where in your contract, they are allowed to charge you with this fee.
