Two medical collections (for $12 each!!) appeared on my CRs reported by a CA. I called the OC (a hospital) and paid them directly w/o mentioning that items had already appeared on my report. Now I want to get the CA to remove the items on my reports. Can anyone point me to a GOOD letter to send the collections agency? DM4X
