    I can't believe it!

After they duplicated and re-aged the entries on TU and EQ, after I screwed around with them for four months with validation, after numerous failed disputes, it is gone.

What happened was I sent Medclr a filled out lawsuit form and intent to sue (I didn't file it because I was advised by board members here to make sure people couldn't compare notes and not to file at the same time)

I also wrote reports to the BBB and the FL Attorney General.

Yesterday they came off EQ and TU (it was never on EX.) I called the bureaus and got faxed confirmation that Medclr demanded its removal on the grounds it was inaccurate.

    This means I have now:

1 judgment on EQ that is in the vacating process. 26 EQ inquiries (ouch!)
1 paid charge off on EX that is in the "threat to sue" process. (4 inquiries)
1 paid charge off on TU and 1 medical collection that is in the "suing" process. (8 inquiries)

For the inquiries I plan to keep going after the credit bureau consumer departments and the companies through BBB. Then in June I'll start applying SPARINGLY again.

I commit that this year I will only apply at:

    Citibank (another back door double!)
    AMEX (perhaps Blue for students)
    MBNA (another student card)
    Fashion Bug
    Disney
    Lane Bryant

Can you describe in greater detail how you are dealing with your paid chargeoff?

Well, the company will not budge on it and absolutely refuses to re-rate it, or take more money on it, or anything.

It is four years old, but still gets brought up by lenders all the time. It is a major pain to deal with.

I got it taken of EQ through many disputes, and it's been four months since it has been off.

EX won't re-investigate, so that's where the threat to sue comes in. They won't provide me proof they did a proper investigation.

TU is still "investigating" in their own way so I'll keep that up.

How are you vacating your judgments?

    Congrads on your success.
