Many will remember my earlier diatribe on Medclr. Well, I sent it all to Robin Holland at Equifax. She turned it over to the Compliance Dept and now they have been deleted! Medclr's address with the bureaus is PA (NCOs address). Medclr is not licensed to do business in PA! Add to this that the FDCPA states that a collection agency must use it's own name, NCO violates the law for all Medclr, InoVision, Marlin, CRS, and Black Tip II. This tactic should work for anyone dealing with any Marlin affliated company. Go for it folks!
That isGREAT!! I have a medclr on my report also. I read few post that you had on here about that. Could you please give me a shorter version that I may use to get this deleted? Can I just say that MEDCLR is liscensed to do buinsess in PA is that is the address that they are using on my report.
Great info. I just had a medclr account get reinserted on EQ. I'm just waiting the five business days and then I'm going to call them and throw the book at them. This just ads some more fuel to the fire for me. Thanks for posting!
I just sent Medclr an estoppel letter. So I will be following your situations carefully. Also, I intend to pull my EQ report to see if it is marked as being in dispute, which I will it won't be. Thatway, I can start to build my case. I got my green card back in the mail on Friday. The clock started 5/22.
