Hey all.... Just another small victory. I just received a fax from NCO up in Getzville, Ny that they are no longer handling my MEDCLR account and sending documentation to the bureaus for deleltion. The reason being is that Cigna Healthcare was able to show where I never should have been billed for this to begin with and that it was a mistake. Medclr has been a BEAST to deal with but now it is over...at least this chapter. I still have repair wortk to do!!!! I am happy that this was resolved in your favor;they always have the option to pull it back from collections(especially when it was due to thier error). I wonder how many people have this happened to. Sister Girl
