No signature of anyone at Medclr(NCO) that states it was received. No stamp, no sig, no nothing. Is this there sneaky way of trying to bypass the system. It doesn't even have a date for delivery on it. Thankfully for the United States Post Office. Delivery was confirmed on February 9th. Thanks to their new feature on their website that lets you track the certified mail receipt number
