My husband has three medical bills that are currently on his credit that do not belong. I have contacted the Credit Bureau and disputed twice. They made a notation that it was disputed and it lessened the impact on his credit then they updated in Feb 08 this year and they are back on the top of his credit report again. How do I get these deleted? What should I do?

Are they paid. Pay them and they should delete the entire thing. I had a Directv bill for $102 which was reported and as soon as I paid it, they took it off.

When you say they do not belong, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean they aren't his bills, or do you mean they've been paid?

I would pay the bill's your dispute is wih the employer doe's he still work there and doe's he have written proved they would pay,if he doesn't work there then you may have to sue.with the bill's i would write a goodwill letter and explain the problem and you realize the bill need's to paid and after payment to delete make sure you get it in writing.

While it's not really fair, you are responsible for your medical bills, even if the insurance "should have paid for them". It would seem like it would be simpler if the insurance company and the hospital would just talk, but they often don't.
