I have over 10k in medical bills that are on my credit reports. They were the reason I filed BK in the first place. Not showing on my CR as included in BK. BK was discharged 12/2002 There are 5 neg TL on my reports from 1 CA and the same hospital. From reading this board, I understand that I shouldn't notify the CRA's to include these bills in the BK. Where should I start first? Validation? Saying they are not mine to the CRA's? Not sure where to start first. All help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tweety29
