If I have a mess of medicals bills on my report from a collection agancy and I agree to pay them a monthly amount, would they remove them off the report or if they won't will it look better showing that there are payment sbeing made?

Paid collections are not much better than unpaid collections. When you pay the CA, you lose any leverage you could possibly have of getting them to remove their tradeline. In addition, the day you pay off the collection account is now the new date of last activity. Your paid collection can remain on your CR for 7 additional years (in most states).

Agree to pay them only if they will delete their entire tradeline. Make sure you have this agreement in writing before you send them a dime.

Before you do anything further, how old and how large are these medical accounts?

Do most CA agree to do this? This one is RevGro.

Depends on many things--size of the debt, age of the debt, and the individual CA. Maybe some of the vets who have some experience with medical account deletions will chime in.
