Sorry if this is redundant, my research has produced mixed results.. I have a couple of collections on my CRs originating in 02. These were from TX; I now live in GA. On the CRs the company is listed as the hospital, individual acct. I have read several posts stating that sending a validation to a CA could result in a lawsuit if the acct is not paid. From what I have read you do not have to have a liscense to collect in GA. Does this apply to a out of state ca? Should I proceed w/validation process. Thanks
