Re: Med Coll. Validation - I Filed It is the most awesome sports car you can buy for the money and then some. I ordered thru Nissans preorder program. You designed the car, model, color, options, etc on the web and took a printout to the dealer. The faxed it to Nissan, and it was built to the order. The base model starts at under 28k and the top of the line track model with all options and a NAV system is about 37.5k. The closest competitor is probably the Boxster S for well over 50k. If you are waiting the convertible comes out in the spring.
Re: Med Coll. Validation - I Filed I had certificates from the Texas SOS that they were unbonded and doing business under unregistered assumed names. I had planned to start my case off by presenting to the Judge how they had failed to follow the law of operating a collection agency in the state of Texas. My argument was going to be that if they were not doing business legally in Texas, how could they present a case that they were following the letter of the law and were justified in any rebuttal they made against my claims of FCRA, FDCPA, and Texas Debt Collection Act. If the judge ignored the bond and naming issues, then I would present my violations of the FCRA, FDCPA, and Texas Debt Collection Act, on their own merit.
Re: Med Coll. Validation - I Filed PLEASE file a formal complaint with your state's atty general (Or office of consumer affairs)... whomever handles this in your state. the state WILL take action against a collection agency doing business in their state without the proper authority... they can fine them
Re: Med Coll. Validation - I Filed I had previously filed a complaint with the Texas AG and was sent a response telling me what a nice consumer I was to be interested in FCRA, FDCPA and the Texas Debt Collection Act and Texas Statutes and keep up the good work. They didn't do squat!
